Built on a Framework That Saved Me

SEED Your Superpower was created by Pratima Gluckman — Senior Engineering Leader, certified Human Potential Coach, and author of SEED Your Superpower.

Pratima developed the SEED Framework after her own burnout breaking point in December 2020 — a morning she woke up gasping for air after years of pushing through exhaustion and anxiety with no real system for her wellbeing. What started as personal survival became a sustainable, science-informed framework she now uses with coaching clients and shares with leaders navigating high-performance careers.

She holds her Human Potential Coaching certification from Human Potential Academy (Cohort Sirocco 2025, perfect score) and is the author of three books, including SEED Your Superpower: Unlock Peak Wellness with Sleep, Exercise, Emotions, and Diet.
